Term of Payment
Payment can be made in 3 ways, namely :
- Bank account transfer *
- Cash deposit through a bank
- Credit / debit card in our showroom
- Installment payment with Spectra
- Payment at Market Place (Tokopedia , Shopee)
*Use the same bank to make the transfer process faster. The faster the transfer process, the earlier items we send.
If transferring to a bank account :
- Payment is considered to have paid off if payment has been received and confirmed in accordance with the amount stated on the invoice.
- The administrative costs of implementing fund transfers are the customer’s responsibility.
- Delay in the transfer process between banks is not the responsibility of PT. MFK
- Failure to write accounts and other information or negligence of the bank is not the responsibility of PT. MFK
After making a payment via transfer method, you are advised to :
- Contact our staff at the telephone number: (021) 626 8758 ext. 312
- Sending proof of transfer by fax: (021) 629 4255 and or,
- Send e-mail to: sales.dept@mfk.co.id.
- Proof of deposit or bank transfer should be kept by the customer and is considered as proof of customer payment.

For now, we serve credit card payments in our office / showroom
We accept payment by Visa, Master, and BCA debit cards. Credit card payments will be subject to a surcharge of 3% of the value of the product purchased, while BCA debit will not be charged
Changes in stock of goods, models, prices and other changes are not the responsibility of PT. MFK if payment or repayment has not been received.
